Taking care of bookings
We use a proprietary management system that enables us to advertise your property on multiple Online Travel Agent sites including Booking.com, AirBnB, HomeAway and the Global Distribution System used by large travel agencies such as Thomas Cook and Laterooms.com. We also offer direct booking for repeat guests.
By utilising multiple sources we can tap into a large pool of guests and adjust pricing to attract bookings in all market conditions.
Our dedicated team are on hand to deal with all guest enquiries and aim to respond to guests in a professional and timely manner. Our service provides your guests a hotel experience with customer facing facilities including mobile app and telephone support.
Our service is fully managed so you will never have to deal with guests or bookings and our house keeping staff are on standby to offer support for guests.
Sparkle clean, at all times
We use professional cleaners to ensure that your property receives a sparkle clean after every booking. We never charge extra for deep cleans and work with our cleaners to ensure that all properties adhere to our strict cleanliness standards at all times. Our cleaners are all paid above the living wage and in return value the properties they get to work on.
Full insurance cover
Unlike our competitors, Property Keeper provides full insurance indemnity cover through our partners.
Whilst Airbnb does provide limited cover for landlords, it’s mostly hard to claim especially for damage to electrical items such as TV’s. If you are already using a property management that isn’t providing cover your property is at risk.
