Our disruptive business model removes the middle man (the serviced accommodation tenant) and puts all their would be profits into your pocket.

Property Keeper offers the following monthly tariffs:
Apartments: 15% net commission capped at £300 p.c.m.
Apartments are given mixed market exposure to online travel agents and our corporate clients. We aim to generate between £2,000 – £3,500 pcm.
Houses: 15% net commission capped at £600 p.c.m.
Property Keeper specialises in accommodating groups. Depending on bed count we can generate between £2,500 – £5,000 pcm. HMO’s and larger properties can return higher figures. Contact us to find out more.
Net vs Gross commission
Unlike other management agencies, Property Keeper only charges commission on the net booking revenue.
A common tactic used by agencies is to charge gross commission on all revenue collected at your property, this can lead to significantly higher fees.
Once you factor in cleaning fees and OTA commission, you could be paying as much as 25% commission to an agency charging 15% gross commission. With Property Keeper, 15% means 15% and never more.
Our goal is always to keep our fees transparent and as low as possible. The price caps we apply further protects your property from runaway fees with high value bookings.
